Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19, there may be some shipping delays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may also be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We offer flat rate ($8) shipping in the US for orders up to $99, and free US standard shipping on orders over $99. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders in the US over $99 are eligible for free shipping, via USPS First-Class or Priority, depending on the total weight of your order.

Lost or stolen packages?

Endulge Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If you need your package shipped “signature required,” please choose that option at checkout for an additional $3 charge.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Endulge Me ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your package. Please address any shipping concerns with the tracking provided in your shipment email with your local post, UPS, or FedEx.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Endulge Me is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping damage

We take care when packing every order, however, accidents happen. Should you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) to notify us of the situation. Please send a picture and message detailing the damage to We will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.

There are currently no delays in shipping, although we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your purchase to arrive. Orders are being currently processed in 2-3 days after receiving. You may track your order with the tracking number provided.

International Shipping

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working with our carriers to establish shipping rates. Please email us if you are international and would like any of our products.
