Return Policy

Order changes or cancellations

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we believe that you will absolutely love our products. We will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, however due to the nature of our products and COVID-19, Endulge Me does not accept returns on products from an opened shipping box.

Once a shipping box is opened, it is not eligible for a return. An unopened shipping box may be returned within 10 days but requires a return authorization from our customer support at hello@endulgeme.com. Please understand we do not refund the original shipping cost.  If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required within 48 hours of the delivered package.

If a package is shipped back to us, please make a note of tracking as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.

How do I return an item?

Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing.

Where can I locate my return label?

Please check the email address associated with your Honest.com account for your return label. You can also access your return label by logging in to your account and selecting View Returns for the order in your Order History. Click here to log in to your account.

Are returns accepted if my order is shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO/FPO?

We do not accept returns from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

When will I see my refund?

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

How will my money be returned to me?

Items must be returned to us within 10 days of the order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your refund.

PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary.

Endulge Me Gift Card: If you paid with an Endulge Me.com gift card you will receive the money back as Endulge Me store credit. Your Endulge Me.com store credit will go back into your  Endulge Me .com account.

What items are eligible for returns?

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition.

Items marked as Final sale and promotional items cannot be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless required by law.

Products shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for returns.

Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for a refund.

Allergies or sensitivities

Endulge Me is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient in our products. Please review each product description on our website which includes a complete list of ingredients.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are uncertain always do an allergy patch test and if any irritation occurs at any time, discontinue use of the product.
