Do you test on animals?

No. All our products are cruelty-free. We test our products only on our family, friends, patients, and ourselves. We source our ingredients from verified cruelty-free suppliers.

We are very committed to the elimination of animal testing and are actively working on the development, validation, and acceptance of alternative methods to animal testing.

Are your products for sensitive skin?

Our products are designed for sensitive skin. They are hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben-free. We source our ingredients from exotic locations that specialize and deliver the most luxurious of ingredients and with the highest amount of nutrients for that plant.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in our Lithonia, Georgia studio.

How are your products different from other products?

Our founder has over 20 years of experience in treating people with skincare conditions. She is directly involved in the research and development of every product to make sure that our formulations are a unique blend of botanical extracts and oils that are targeted to help improve dry, irritated, cracked, inflamed, and hyperpigmented skin.

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately, we do not offer product samples. It may take several weeks to months to see results from our products. If you have any questions about whether our products are right for you, please look at the individual product description and the glossary we have provided. What is the shelf life of your products?

We note the shelf life of our products as 12 months from the date of receipt.

Are your products paraben free?

Yes, all our products are paraben-free. We develop formulations to nourish your skin and promote healthy skin so we do not use harsh chemicals and ingredients.

Are your products vegan?

Endulge Me products are not certified vegan, but cruelty-free. Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Please refer to the product description to determine if the product you want is vegan friendly, or feel free to reach out to us at hello@endulgeme.com. We will be happy to assist you with your choice of product.

Are your products organic?

Endulge Me products are not certified organic. However, we use organic ingredients whenever possible. Are your products gluten free?

You will be happy to know our skincare products are gluten-free. However, during farming, transportation, and storage, gluten-containing grains like wheat, barley, rye, and spelt may be unintentionally introduced. Some people will have reactions even with pure oats. So, if you are uncertain please do a patch test before using the product. Feel free to reach out to us at hello@endulgeme.com.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

We know during this exciting time; you want to do what is best for your baby and your body. We want to make sure we are here to help you choose the right products for your skincare during this time. Our founder has years of experience in taking care of pregnant mothers and has created mild and natural-based formulations that are safe for expectant mothers. We always recommend that you consult with your doctor before using any new product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Will my products expire?

Our products are best used within 4-6 months of opening to ensure the freshest quality and optimal results, but they have an expiration date of 12 months from receipt. 

I have dry skin and breakouts. Will your products help me?

We have formulated effective products that are designed to nourish and hydrate your skin while helping alleviate breakouts. Please look for our products that are specifically designed for acne breakouts. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@endulgeme.com.

I have cystic acne. Will your products work for me?

Yes, we have formulated products that will help cystic acne. Please look for our products that are recommended for acne.

Cystic acne is the most advanced case of breakouts. Some see results in the first week and, others can take between 30-60 days to see results.

Also, during these first 30-60 days be mindful of your nutrition. Please limit the consumption of sugar, dairy, and fast food, to give your skin a chance to heal and detox.

 

Are your products good for rosacea?

Yes, we have had many customers use our products for rosacea, because they contain a lot of extracts that help with redness, swelling, pimples, and inflammation. The ingredients we use are excellent for sensitive skin and are highly nutritious to inflamed skin. The ingredients boost the immune system in the skin and work to help heal and reduce symptoms of rosacea.

How long will it take before I see results?

Each person’s results will be different based on lifestyle habits and previous product choices.

Some of our users see results on the first night, and others take a few months before they see any improvement. It is based on your unique skin and what is going on below the surface of your skin.

Some users start to clear up immediately, and others will breakout first and then clear up. Unfortunately, this is the nature of a breakout, and with the introduction of these products, this is possible. They contain a lot of active ingredients that help speed up the healing and detoxing of the skin. Hang in there; they are working to help your skin.

I am breaking out when I use your products. Is this normal?

We receive emails from time to time from a customer who has been using the products for about a week or two and notices an increase in the number of breakouts. This is normal and can happen to some of our users.

The life cycle of a breakout can take up to 8 weeks to come to the surface of the skin. With the introduction of these products, they contain all active ingredients that are designed to detox and heal. If there is a buildup of inflammation under the skin, this can come to the surface quickly and at once. This period should pass, and you will be on your way to clearer skin:)

 

Will I break out and then clear up?

Most do not, but some will break out first before clearing up. It depends on how long you are breaking out before using the products, lifestyle factors, and how much inflammation is in the skin that dictates if this will happen to you.

 

Will your products clog my pores?

No, the products will not clog your pores. Each of the ingredients was carefully chosen for its ability to help blackheads, whiteheads, and other clogged pores related to breakouts and acne.

The oils we have chosen are known for their properties and have been thoroughly tested (on family and friends) and studied for their benefit to problematic, breakout-prone skin. They will not clog your pores but will help keep your skin balanced and hydrated.

Will these products dry my skin out?

Perhaps you have tried dozens of products that have made your skin dry, tight, or irritated. Our products are formulated to not cause dryness, redness, or peeling. They contain a lot of moisturizing extracts and oils that will not clog your pores but help you achieve a beautiful, glowing complexion.

Can you tell me about the ingredients in your products?

We care deeply about the quality of our ingredients, their efficacy, and their source.

Not all extracts, oils, and clays are equal. We work with the best suppliers who provide us with fresh, unrefined, virgin ingredients loaded with antioxidants and nutrients.

Our ingredients are never solvent extracted, and we source organic ingredients when possible. We also use whole plant extractions to help deliver the best nutrition to help you achieve beautiful healthy skin.

Our zinc oxide is non-nano and is not micronized. It is the highest and purest grade available and contains no toxic metals.

Will putting oil on my skin make me break out?

No. Acne-causing bacteria do not spread in plant-based oil. It does, however, spread in your naturally produced oil, sebum. Plant oils are ideal because they maintain skin hydration while being antibacterial. We have carefully chosen our ingredient list only to include oils ideal for the prevention of breakouts.

Clay Facial MaSK

Why is my face red after a clay mask?

There are a few reasons you might see redness when you look in the mirror after removing your clay mask. For one, you may have left the mask on too long. Letting the mask dry and crack soak up the natural oils in your skin. Therefore, remember to rinse the mask off before it dries. Another reason is a normal process called “cutaneous vasodilation.” The clay draws blood to the skin’s surface while absorbing the toxins from your skin. Therefore, allow 30 minutes for your skin tone to return to normal. If your redness persists, please discontinue it because you may be reacting to other ingredients in your mask. 

Should you let a clay mask dry?

While we want the clay mask to stay on the skin long enough to absorb impurities and excess oil while delivering the nourishing ingredients, we don’t want to compromise your skin’s basic barrier function. Maintaining your skin’s natural moisture and oil balance is critical to its health and vitality. If you leave a clay mask on too long, it will absorb too much oil and water, causing dehydration. Dehydrated skin can accelerate the aging process, which is the opposite of what you desire. Rule of thumb ” Take your mask off as it’s drying, but not before it fully hardens.”

What happens if I leave a clay mask on too long?

You increase the danger of drying out your skin, robbing it of its natural protective oils and making it more susceptible to acne and environmental damage.

Is it okay to use a clay mask everyday?

Clay masks are often recommended to be used 1-2 times per week because they have a significant absorption effect on your skin.

What is the best time to use face mask?

It depends on the purpose of the mask. It is best to use a hydrating and prepping mask in the morning; however, use clarifying or exfoliating masks at night.

Should I apply a clay mask before or after a shower?

You can use a clay mask at any time. However, because the shower has cleansed and removed debris that may be lodged in your pores, using a clay mask afterward might be beneficial.

Can I use a clay mask on dry skin?

Absolutely! Each clay has unique minerals and properties beneficial for different skin types. That’s why we offer trial sizes of our clay masks, so you can try several types of clay to determine which one suits your skin type best. A clay mask is beneficial for dry skin, but it’s crucial not to allow the mask to dry on your skin and to apply moisturizer afterward.

If you have dry skin, a clay mask has many benefits, but remember, do not let the mask completely dry, and apply moisturizer afterward.

Begin with a weekly mask application. Then, try twice a week to observe how your skin responds. Skincare treatments aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution, so tailor them to your specific needs.

Bath Bomb

What is a bath bomb?

Bath bombs are small spheres or blocks that fizzle and dissolve when thrown into a bath. They are made with natural ingredients that relax, soothe and detoxify, as well as add a splash of excitement to your bath.

How do you make your bath bombs?

We combine baking, citric acid, and other natural powdered ingredients depending on which bath bomb we produce. The essential oils or natural fragrances are then added. The mixture is then pressed into a mold in our Stone Mountain Georgia studio.

What makes them fizzle and dissolve?

The fizzing activity is caused by the reaction between baking soda and citric acid. The sodium bicarbonate in the bomb combines with the citric acid in water to release carbon dioxide gas. As this happens, the bath bomb begins to disintegrate, releasing the pigments, essential oils, and skin-conditioning plant oils.

How long can I keep a bath bomb before using?

Keep your bath bombs in a cool, dark area in an airtight container or ziplock bag. This stops the bath bomb from drying out or losing its aroma by protecting it from moisture. We always advise using our goods as soon as possible. Unless the product is stored correctly, the longer you wait, the less effective it will be.

Are your bath bombs very fragrant?

Yes. Bath bombs may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to scents. Bath salts, which are less scented but still give a terrific cleansing and soothing bath experience, are an alternative.

Are the ingredients used in bath bombs safe to go down the drain?

Yes! Our bath bombs are manufactured with only the highest quality materials that are beneficial to both you and the environment.

Can I cut the bath bomb in half?

You can try it, but our experience has been that they will break and collapse. The parts will disintegrate much faster than the entire bath bomb. The majority of bath bombs are intended to be used only once. We recommend utilizing the whole bomb in your bath to get the most out of it. If you opt to remove it from the water halfway through and save it for later, it will still fizz, but it will not be as effective.

Are bath bombs safe for children?

Children ages 3 and older are safe to use our bath bombs. Lavender & Calendula and Oatmeal & Honey are two of our most gentle formulations, both of which are wonderful for children to enjoy. We are diligently working on formulating more options for children to enjoy.

Are bath bombs safe for use during pregnancy?

Our founder and chief formulator has over 20 years of experience as a physician and uses natural and safe ingredients to formulate our bath bombs. However, we do not recommend using bath bombs, bubbles, or special oils during pregnancy. Soaking in these products might cause you to develop a yeast infection due to altering your vaginal pH, which is already more prone to shift due to hormones during pregnancy. In addition to the fact that yeast infections are no fun, not all medicines used to treat yeast infections are safe during pregnancy. Many bath bombs also contain oils, making the tub slippery and increasing the danger of slipping and falling. Your time as an expectant mother is precious and exciting, and we want to be a part of making sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. You don’t need extra bubbles or added fragrances to your water to create tranquility, so we recommend lighting a candle and playing soft music to enhance your “me time.”

Are bath bombs gluten free?

Except for Oatmeal and Honey, all of our bath bombs are gluten-free.

Do bath bombs irritate your skin?

Our bath bombs are non-irritating but should not be used on broken or irritated skin. Remember that it is always possible to have a skin reaction to natural fragrance blends and essential oils, so be sure you understand what works best for your skin. Please discontinue using any product that causes any irritation.

Are bath bombs moisturizing for your skin?

Our bath bombs not only smell fantastic, but they also moisturize the skin. Our bath bombs are made with hydrating ingredients like organice hemp oil and shea butter.

Do I need to clean my tub after using the bath bomb?

Some bath bombs contain natural colors, which may leave a colorful ring around the tub. To avoid color staining, wipe any ring remaining immediately after letting out the water. It should come off without needing a cleaner if you do it straight away with a soft microfibre cloth. Botanicals or grains can be rinsed down the drain, but you can avoid this by placing the bath bomb in a thin fabric bag, organza bag, or nylon stocking. The bombs will still react, releasing aroma and plant oils through the cloth, but the bag will trap the solids inside.

Do bath bombs stain the tub?

Baking soda is a typical cleaning agent that does not leave a residue. We’ve added colors, essential oils, and organic plant oils to make them more enjoyable. These moisturize the skin nicely; however, the pigments and essential oils can cling to the tub wall. Because the colors will build up with each usage, it is best to wipe away the residue each time to make cleaning easier. Otherwise, cleaning agents and some scrubbing may be required.

Can you use bath bombs in a jet tub or jacuzzi?

We don’t test for that; instead, check with your manufacturer to see what ingredients are permitted.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working with our carriers to establish shipping rates. Please email us if you are international and would like any of our products.

Are there any delays in shipping?

There are currently no delays in shipping, although we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your purchase to arrive. Orders are being currently processed in 2-3 days after receiving. You may track your order with the tracking number provided.

How will I know if my order has been received?

After placing your order, you will receive a web and email confirmation.

Return/exchange

What is your return/exchange policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we are not able to accept returns and exchanges. Your satisfaction is our goal. We truly believe you will love our products, but if you are dissatisfied please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you to resolve any issues if you are unpleased with your purchase.

If something arrives damaged, we will be happy to help. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage.

 

What if a product arrives broken or damaged?

We are happy to help. We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, we have no control over how carefully they are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact our business office so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Please send photos of the damaged product in shipping to hello@endulgeme.com and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos of both the product and the shipping box and how it arrived.

What if I have an allergy to a product?

Allergies to our products are not common. If you have been using a more synthetic line for a long period, there may be a transition period, in which the skin may detox.

Those reactions are also uncommon, but feel free to email us if you are concerned about a reaction you are experiencing. If the reaction is severe, of course, please stop using the product.

What precautions have you taken to ensure COVID-19 safety?

Due to the founder being a physician, we take the safety of our employees and customers very seriously. We go above and beyond the recommendations of the CDC and WHO to ensure that we properly sanitize and produce products in a clean environment.
